The strain named after the basketball legend, Gary Payton, has quickly become a legend in its own right. This strain is closely guarded by many growers and cuts have been known to sell for Its frosty and potent, smacking one in the face with terpenes that many say is mouth-watering yet difficult to describe. Some of the ways people have attempted to describe the terpenes of Gary Payton are diesel, burnt rubber, gassy, earthy, cherries and cookies.
GMO Cookies is renowned for its knock-out strength and eye-watering garlic funk terpenes. Together, Beaver Cookies creates a great gassy funk.
Amazing!! Super strong……. gets you there…… f,ast!! Still has a good temp profile and is garlic’y, gas, citrus (tangie specifically). The GMO cross means you need to watch things, it really stretched! I had to steal my lights to the top of the tent with cable ties… (Partly my fault for not training better). I got a decent yield, but that is really made up for with the potency…. its a real crowd pleaser! Will definitely be growing again.
Importantly – This strain was not kicking off crazy terps in flower, is was actually fairly muted, but I gave it a long careful dry/cure and it really came to life. Patience is required!
Don’t have feed on pressing yet. Waiting for it to get a bit winter.

A+ terpy
5/5 germination rate! Can’t wait to see the progression during this run!
So far they’re all looking great. 100% germination rate. I vegged them for about 4 weeks. All seem to be same phenos. Hybrid type growth patterns with middle the road stretching.
Heavy terps setting in now at week 8 and a half. Probably take them to 9 and a half , ten weeks. They’re giving off an earth , greasy mostly grapey, orangey gas aroma. Has far has the smoke goes , I haven’t gotten there yet but I got high hopes if its anything like the rainbow sherbet I previously ran from Elev8!
Definitely looking forward to harvesting these beautiful nugs. 🙂
