How do i place an order?

  1. Click on the “Shop” link at the top of our homepage, and scroll down to view our products.
  2. Once you have found what you want, select “Add to Cart”. It might have you select “Type” depending on the strain. If it does, choose feminized or regular. Then add to cart.
  3. Once you’ve added your selections to the cart, you can click check out. Or if on the Shop page, click the cart icon on the top right of the page
  4. You are then directed to the billing page. Enter all the required information
  5. Check the terms and conditions box, select payment type, and click “Place Order”

How do i Make payment?

  • Pay by credit card by selecting the “Credit Card” payment method on checkout. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diners and JCB
  • You can also pay with a credit or debit card by selecting “Pay with MAX REDEMPTION” when you Checkout.. You will need to register an account with MAX REDEMPTION in order to pay using this payment method. 
  • We accept payment by Bitcoin. You can use cash app to purchase and send Bitcoin. We can receive bitcoin from any app that can send bitcoin, such as cash app, as long as it is sent to our wallet address that appears when you place an order. Just scan the QR code after selecting to pay via Bitcoin to pay.
  • If paying by check or money order, please make it payable to Elev8 Inc. Please be sure to include your Order Number on the check or money order. If sending a personal check, funds will be verified prior to shipment.

How do i know if you have received my order?

You will receive a confirmation email from us with your order number, and instructions on how to send payment 

 

HOw long will it take to receive my order?

Once we receive payment, your order’s status will be upgraded to processing, and an email will be sent to you. We try to ship on Tuesdays and Fridays, depending on the volume of orders. Paid orders are processed first come, first served. When we have completed your order, you will receive an invoice which contains a tracking number for either UPS Ground or USPS.

Can i track my order?

If you have questions about your order you can email orders@elev8seeds.com​ or send us a private message on Instagram @elev8seedsusa. Make sure to include your name and confirmation number.

which countries do you ship to?

We only ship to the USA from elev8seeds.com.

If you are looking to get your hands on our seeds and are based outside of the USA, please visit eu.elev8seeds.com for shipping to the rest of the world. You can find details of our shipping locations by navigating to the Shipping Info page.
